UK shot 50% from the field. Probem was they had no bench help. Only 4 players scored. Glad they made it. Exciting things coming in the future.

Add Meeks and Patterson:cool:. Yes only 4 scored but the whole team played hard D.
Lets call this a rebuilding year.
It was a rebuilding year, period. But good progress was made...progress even WE would appreciate. I just hope that Meeks and Patterson are complimented by some help scoring next year....surely the talented freshmen will help, but heck.....about 80% of our points just graduated.

I look forward to next year. Hopefully coach can get some more good players and we will have a better team.

Who would have thought that Patterson could go down and we'd even make it? I see no reason to hang our heads over this year and plenty of teams are dreading our matchups next year.;)

Very proud of the cats! Crawford was a one man scoring machine. You could tell he wasn't going away without a fight. Rebounding killed us and no bench.

I wonder if Meeks is eligible for a medical redshirt?
How many games did he play in? 6 or so?

Thats about right....I think he missed 22 games or so. Don't they have to apply for med. redshirt earlier in the year though?

Suppose to, but from what i heard he was not eligable for one. Cause he played in to many games, plus he sat out for a while then came back and played a game or two.

According to the NCAA, a player cannot have played in more than 30 percent of his team's games to be eligible for what is technically called a medical hardship waiver, and he must have suffered his injury in the first half of the season. If a player is injured in the first half of the season and comes back in the second half only to reinjure himself he is not eligible....
