Buckshot legal?

Is it legal to use buckshot for any kind of hunting? I read the hunting regulations manual front to back and couldn't find anything regarding coyote, groundhog, and wild hog. I know you can't use it for deer, elk, small game, and waterfowl. Wasn't sure about the year-round species.

It's on page 36 of last year's hunting and trapping guide. For furbearers, coyote included, you cannot use buckshot. There were no equipment restrictions for "other season restrictions" on page 37. That's where hog and groundhog guidelines are.
