how old is this deer?

This is the deer I was hunting this year. I had pics of him wed, thurs, and fri before the season opener (sept 1). Thanks to our fine fish and game dept that thought it would be a good idea to open bow season and dove season the same day, this deer is still alive. You can imagine how I felt when at 4pm on opening afternoon the shotgun blasts started less than 200 yards away in a field planted for the emblem of peace. I think this is still just a 3.5 year old deer whats your guess?

Body wise he could be 3.5, but he will be impressive next year. He should be a Booner if not already.
