I'm relaying this, so please don't shoot the messenger...
Ralph Martin, president of the KBA, left a message on my recorder this afternoon, asking me to post this on bowsite.com & here. He talked to commisser Doc Rich today, and Dr. Rich told him this proposal is for the fall FIREARMS season only. Ralph says he(rich) was "not too happy about everybody getting it wrong."
Again, I'm just relaying the message. I'm sure Ralph was quite specific when he questioned the commissioner.
