One mule deer buck, one whitetail buck, two whitetail does, all with a bow. Someone's gonna have to get me hooked up with some turkey hunting in Northern Ky. It just sounds like too much fun to keep missing out on.

Killed a 150" 9 point with a rifle. Messed around and did not take a doe. Didn't get to spend a lot of time on stand. Plan on doing quite a bit of bow hunting this coming year.

Tag stew this year, got married right in the middle of the season, then honeymoon during the rut. Then, the holidays and my 6 day work weeks started, so very little time to hunt, oh, and broken ribs at the end of November.

Looking forward to chasing those wiley toms this spring...

Who ever heard of getting married during hunting season [:o)]

I was also skunked this year. Had my 4th back surgery in August so I only got to hunt a few times with limited time sitting in the tree. Hope to get back to normal by turkey season.

"--got married during deer season."[8]
Dang,I hope that was just "temporary insanity"! Let's hope the "rut" takes on a different meaning by next season.[:o)][;)]

I am looking at my deer tags (Fort Knox gun and bow)right now wondering why I spent the money, or why I could not get a deer on Ft Knox. However I had a great year and found a bunch of new locations for hunting. I have also taken up the Bow. Can't wait for warmer weather to shoot it some more. I did manage to scratch out a duck and a raccoon so all was not lost.

One small buck on the state,[ a weird spike/management], one doe on the state, one doe at Knox, one tom turkey on the state and one bobcat on the state. All with a bow.

Really disapointed in the amount of deer seen but.......maybe next year will be better.[^]

I took a good 8 point with my bow and took 3 doe's with my bow. My dad went with me a couple of times this year and took a 7 point and a doe with his bow. My brother went with me this year one time and killed his first deer with his bow. So I think I had a pretty good year. I live in Alabama and I killed a 9 point with my rifle & my brother killed his first buck with a 20 gauge shotgun it was a 5 point.[8D] I'm getting ready for turkey hunting.

If it's BROWN its DOWN

Shot a good buck w/ my bow and a bunch of other does with my bow, muzzleloader and rifle. Great year, but I wish I hadn't tagged out so early on my buck (Mid-Sept).

I took 2 does with control tags. My B-N-L took a doe with another. We ended the seaon with one left. My son got to come up from college at Louisville with a Fraternity brother for opening weekend of gun. He took at large old 8 pointer. -- We saw one other older buck on our lease but couldn't connect. Saw several smaller bucks on lease.

Good year.

I ended up with one button buck (freezer meat) I had to resort to hunting on a local Army base, the pressure is real tough. Still had a great time next year I need to find a better (more private area) At least I had something to show for spending so much $ on a new bow, I had to show the wife a return. [:D]
