Evidently they have nothing better to talk about on the news here tonight than this snow. This is not a storm... the folks up north that get feet of snow have storms.

15 minutes in and they haven't mentioned anything but this snow event yet.. lol. It's fairly hilarious, actually. When I was a kid, a snow like this would hardly raise an eyebrow. The only time that we even got out of school was if you had to strap on skis or snowshoes to get there, then they might cancel. They cancel now on the threat of snow. They've even talked to the National Guard about deployment options tomorrow... :D

Sounds fair enough, just one question though; if I want to upgrade (live beyond my means) and purchase a pure breed instead of mutt, will my interest rate also go up with the purchase price?

why yes, yes the price will go up. fancier things cost a lot of money. a good hound, instead of a mutt would run about $100.00 more, and a dog that has papers, well the sky is the limit, and since you just paid off your mortgage, i can hook you up with a payment plan that will fit my needs:D now, what is your credit score, and just how far above your means would you like to finance?

hey hey now, lets not get testy, etownhunter. we have a payment plan that will fit your needs as well. i sense you are concerned over getting older and not being able to maintain your home, and you may not be able to remove any snowfall that may accumulate on your driveway and sidewalks, of which you probably paid too much for, and took too many years to pay for....but we can help you with all of that...we can hook you up at the KentuckyHunting retirement home for the everyday low low price of $245,000.00. For your investment you will get lifetime snow removal, trash pickup ($25.00 surcharge on anything over one bag), lawn maintenance(up to 10 square feet) and free use of any state park/wma of your choosing. and get this, you are now qualified for the introductory interest rate of 19% for the first 10 days......then the rate goes to some crazy out of this world rate that no one could possibly afford. your luxurious new condo will have 550 glorious square feet of living space, complete with microwave and TV tray. the shared bathroom is a definite bonus, the others in your building will keep it in disarray so you will think it has been re-decorated daily.
