Has anyone ever tried this "Kick-tail" bait?

You can go to ngcsports to look at it. I was thinking of ordering a couple, because I have had some pretty good luck in the past couple of years on "swim-baits". Here is a picture and article about it:

Yea I wasted my money on those! I bought a pair. The diver doesn't dive. and the topwater isn't that great. I no this is going to sould repeatative but I used these one day and didn't get a bite and then tied on my Lucky Craft Pointer in American shad color and caught two. on about 3 lb.s I think that was back aroud Jan. 1. These baits look small in the pictures but they are huge. It would take a 4 lb.+ fish to take one!

Personally I've seen the bait advertised and thought it to be another gimmick -- I'm sure it might work somewhere but looks like it might not hold up to much pressure -- northern pike and muskie may eat it up

Yea its just held together like a cheap plastic hinge! I'd say bass is about all they are good for and not even that!

Ild say the jointed bait will work .....They remind me of the Lil Fishy which is a staple for me on certain species ....

I may have to try a few of the 7 inch models on my next trip to Zups for some of those monster Pike!

I thought the 5" baits looked like they would work well. But I am a sucker for buying fishing lures. I might go ahead and try it anyway, I haven't decided yet.

XI, just invest in the Lucky Craft Pointers like this bait your talking about....They are very similar in features and probably work better.....:)

Amen! Cant go wrong with Lucky Craft. But I don't realy trust the way they are put together either but at least Lucky Craft will replace them.

doen't matter to me, but those adds to me seem like snake oil salesmen. if the bait were truly that good and revolutionary, wouldn't you think every tournament pro would be slinging them? after all, they do fish for the money;)

They are disigned to catch FISHERMAN not fish...I'd read the fine print on any gaurantee.
