I got up a total of 11 flushes in the last week on what I think was 6 birds. All birds were either near or in cedar thickets.

not got a chance to go this week yet but, sounds like a prime spot for grouse.

I like anywhere in the Licking river valley. From Rowan Co, north thru Bath, Fleming, Nicholas counties. Easier to hunt that east ky and lots of cover and seems to be a good amount of birds. And close to home.
