Who all took advantage of the glorious day yesterday?

I went fishing for a while, caught two keep largemouth bass on a strike king jig. They were hanging close to cover. Not bad for less than an hour of fishing at my lake. I'm heading to my back lake after work today to try some more, if I can get home and out before the rain hits..... :D I'm ready for tournament season to start!!!!!!!!!!

Bein a displaced country boy I went out to Jacobson park in Lexington. Didn't even get a bite but it was good to wet a line.

I fished for crappie and got skunked, but i did pick up one decent bass on a minnow. It was a GREAT day to be out.

Didn't go yesterday but did go Saturday. Caught 23 crappie, 5 whites & 8 bluegill. Man, where they good last night for supper.

Weather was awesome so I headed back to the Big C yesterday. Ended up with 3 keeper smallies (19", 20" and 21.5") and 5 keeper KY's (biggest was 2.5lbs). Great day to be on the water.

I took my son and his friend out to a few ponds. They caught one little knucklehead largemouth out of 4 different ponds we went to. I guess the water temperature is not up enough yet.

Went to Green and caught around 20 Crappie. The water was muddy enough to plow.

My grandpa and I went for a 2 hour ride yesterday morning

I went sun caught a 13 inch crappie,went back mon before all the rain and got another crappie and a 17 inch bass. Caught her on a blue over white tube jig tipped with a wax worm,when she hit i was praying it was a crappie my little ultra lite was a spinnen backerds. But what an awesome 2 days!:)

I went Saturday and sun day for about an hour both days. Used my Lucky craft Pointer. Saturday got 3 bass one around 3-3.5 lbs. sunday we went and got eight bass. two over 2 lbs. Bass are hiting better every time I go. Usualy get some crappie but this year weve only got one little gut around 9-10 in. range!
