Personally I think it was just one of them things. Ive always heard they will gobble year round.

Haven't heard any gobbling but I did see a tom strutting with a bunch of hens on the side of I-75 this morning. It seemed like I could see that red head a mile away against the snow. I'm all torqued up now!!

Saw 4 strutting off Hwy 192 on Saturday in the silo field.

Was out squirrel hunting 3 weeks ago and heard one for about a half hour strait...

have not heard any gobble but have seen several toms with smaller groups of hens lately there is one with 8 hens behind wal-mart daily they have made it to the edge of the highway a few times he is not strutting with them yet but the sun aint been out lately

I was going toward Mt Victory. In the corn field on the right, with the old silo in it.
