Anywhere I can. Rode daniel boone and mainly eastern ky. I have never been there. I here that it is a pretty cool park. Rode quads my whole life. Just got a dirtbike. Are there some good hill climbs there?

I've got a lot of buddies that ride around the Rough River area somewhere. They do all that crazy hill climbing and stuff. Me, I like to take it easy, drink a few beers and pull people out of the mud holes.

Years ago and I do mean years ago, when I was a young buck, we actually rode a couple runs down near Golden pond at LBL. Those dry creek beds liked to wore me out. That was in the late 60s, I rode a Bultaco back then. Those days are long gone!!! Tom T.

They sold it and they have big plans to make a cassino and a basspro and some kind of gated community. Ive heard it was George Clooneys idea, but i dont think they will do anything. They still ride on bigrock but it was supposed to be final.

Yeah, I caught a tree with a front tire once full throttle in 4th through the woods...somehow I got lucky and didn't kill myself or damage the bike. I sold it when I moved to BG because I thought I would never ride it, wish I had kept it, I was plannin on doin cc races this summer

Hey CL, I still got a '66 250 Matador that I'm gonna restore some day. Those old Bulls would be pretty crude by todays standards but were state of the art back then. I owned two, one was a slightly modified 200cc '64 or '65 Matador and the other was a stock '65 200cc Matador. They both had Japanese carbs as the old Amals were bad about flooding. They were tough to beat in the tight stuff but no match for the Huskys in the open. I surely miss those times.

You're not the only one Tom. :(

I was involved in the MC industry for 15yrs. I have had SCADS of dirtbikes. Everything from a Bridgestone 90 up to TT 600 Yamaha's. Maico, Kaw, Bultaco, Penton, Husky, the list goes on.

I really loved those old Husky & Bultaco bikes. Man they were smooth in the woods. The brakes were junk,,, but who needs brakes. :D

Probably the worst handling bike I ever owned was a 1976 KX 450 Kaw. That sucker was short wheelbased and made a TON of power. It was almost impossible to ride on the back wheel. It tried to spit you off everytime. Even though it was junk, and the way the rake was done it wouldn't turn either. I miss it.

My most favorite was the YZ465. Man that thing was fast and handled like a dream. I have been looking around for an IT465 or 490 but haven't found one yet. IF I can find one I'm gonna buy it.

My kids see the pictures hangin in my office and want me to teach them how to ride wheelies. My wife freaked and outlawed dirtbikes. Soo now we all ride utility 4 wheelers. She's old enough,,,I been thinkin about tradin her in. :D :D

Ahhh yes,,,,the good ole days. ;)

They have been talking about selling this place for almost 3 - 4 years.
It's yet to happen.
I spoke to the owner a few months ago and he said not to believe any rumors.
He said that there doors are open and always will be.

I'm not saying your wrong but lots of $$$ can change a mans mind.

Honda used to own some land in Easton Ky (Ohio county) and they had races out there. We were out there riding one day and heard a bunch of quads coming our way. About that time 4-5 quads came flying over a hill and crashed into a buddy of mine! They were having a race through the woods and we didn't even know it because we parked and came in on the back side of the property. I have been wanting to go back up there an do some riding one day.

I had a YZ 125 and an XR 100 when I was like 12 yrs old. I wish I had a dirtbike still but there's just no place to ride that would make it worth having. It's pretty much the same with ATV's, which is why mine is for sale.
