Don't you just love it when you are in a situation, and you have a longbeard coming to the calls and He sees your decoys, starts strutting and just as he faces off with the jake decoy the wind slightly moves the jake decoy and the fight is on!!!!!!!!! What a rush!!!!!!

I know what you mean,i once had two big toms beat up on my two jake decoys and they was so sook up they even knocked my hen decoy over.It wont be long now,spring is almost here but it dont feel like it outside.

That is awesome but most of the time I've already blasted before that happens--when you said a slight wind comes in and makes the decoy turn made me laugh at a time when a cow was sneeking in behind my decoy and streching to smell the tail part when the wind turned the decoy and the beak hit the cow in the nose--ever seen a cow recoil and do a 180

Never had it to happen in front of me, but a lot of the time where I turkey hunt, it almost seems like when the toms see the decoys they get shy or spooked and turn the other way, and I'm talking early season not a week or son into the season they just get weird for some reason. The hen s on the othr hand really don't pay no mind to the decoys mainly it just the toms.
