I got a credit report the other day so I could find out what cards I don't use that I still have. I called to cancel one and couldn't understand the first word that came out of the guys mouth!! So, I told him to transfer me to someone in charge that could help me, I never got rude with him, just told him he couldn't help me, well, the next guy inline spoke even less english!! I got it all taken care of finally, and had a few things to say once I did.
