The Bowling Green chapter of the NWTF (South central KY Chapter) is having their banquet on the 16th of feb. The chapter is in rebuilding stage after making alot of changes in the last couple of years. One of the biggest changes is no more alcohol at the banquet. The attendance was way down last year and so far ticket sales are way down this year. It's a good oppurtunity to maybe pick up some nice stuff cheap as well as show support for the no alcohol policy. I might be able to make it. I actually was on the committee in 2006. We talked about making it alcohol free that year too.

Couldn't tell you why the attendance is down, but the prize list looks good. I will tell yu that I haven't had a single person say they are upset because of the no alcohol policy, but I've had alot say they are glad. i'm one of those. I don't want my wife or kids at a drunk fest.
