Does any one know when there season opens and how much a out of state tag and license cost?

Season is March 29 to May 11. The limit is 4 toms, WMAs and quota hunts are bonus birds. 7 day license is $175.50 and annual all game is $251.00. I don't believe there are permits to buy for non-residents, the license covers it all. Residents have to purchase license as well as season permits ( one each for gun, archery, ML ). You can check all regulations at the TWRA website. Good luck hunting.
