There are some very well off guys on here and some very smart people as well.

I seen a couple posts on the economy and buying land and so forth. I wanted to start a financial post on here to gather investment ideas or some experiences that some of you guys may have had. People on the last poll stated they felt our economy was doing poorly and I would like to see where this may be stemming from.

Your comment concerning land purchase is fine ONLY if one has the cash to make such a purchase. I have a feeling that a lot of Guys, here and elsewhere, are borrowing money to buy this extra land + other items which they really can't afford. THE BEST thing to do in these times is to....STAY OUT OF DEBT!.....
