Have any of you boys and girls seen any bear this year? Unit115 were you involved with the bear program on Pine Mountain? Were any of you other dept employees involved, if so give us a run down on things. I understand everything went well.

birdman, my dad saw one at the spillway at dewey 2 wks ago while fishing. he said it came right through the the middle and crossed the creek and up the hill.

The only thing bare I've seen in awhile was in the photo you sent out of the channel swimmer. Them was bears!!!!

I saw one on Dewy Lake too and my neighbor has spotted one in my yard twice while we were gone.

Three years ago I saw two black bear or the same one twice at different times in the Paintsville WMA. One on the grassy knoll beside the Patty Flat Cemetery; the other was in the head of the Andy Lick.
