Yep....sure can according to this http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1601061/posts If the situation comes up just make sure the intruder is dead...can't sue you or argue the case that wa. Dead inside your house is best.

Does it matter? Really? If I am home and someone breaks into my house, there will be a death that night. Mine or theirs, someone is going to die.

Police told my dad the same thing after we got broke into by crooks....He told Dad " Dead men tell no Lies " Dad said he fully understood.....

They won't UNLESS you don't wipe up the blood trail from where you drug them BACK into the house ! ;)

Speaking of...
Officer Koenig was issued a no true bill by the Jeff Co Grand Jury. He's off the hook.
Lucky for Koenig, the evidence and lack of evidence left the GJ with only one option. Only the conclusion that two idiots pointed guns at each and one was a little more serious about it than the other. No Indictment.
I would bet that a video of the scene would show two guys committing wanton endangerment. What a shame for that poor guy.

I would hate to kill someone! The way I see it if they are crazy enough to break in . They wouldn't care to hurt you or your family. I would hate to but I would.
