Just wondering if anyone has a benelli i was thinking of getting me a super nova before spring just not sure if its any better than any other guns. Ive heard that the quality of these are much better what do yall think?

I had one and it was a good gun. I sold it because I bought an SBE II and it was just collecting dust. I use an 870 Supermag with the short barrel for turkey hunting. The Nova was used for waterfowl without a single hiccup but it didn't have the tight feel of the 870 (forearm rattled a bit).

It threw really good patterns, though.

They fixed the rattle prob on the forearm on the supers, Shot my dads super nova last week hunting in 15 degree weather and loved it, i dont like pumps for duck hunting but it shot well!

I used an 870 for ~15 years, then bought a Browning Gold. I went to a DU banquet and won a Nova right before duck season. The following year I bought a SBE II and haven't looked back. I still use both guns and have given me no problems.
