I am just getting started reloading due to the cost of ammo going up(well that is my excuse anyway), and looking for places in central Ky. to buy supplies. I live in Powell County and don't care to drive as long as its not an all day trip. I bought a some things at sportsmans warehouse but want to check other retailers also.

If you can't find any supplies near where you live, then try www.midwayusa.com they have a good selection of just about anything you might need.

My experience is that powder and lead items (shot, bullets) can't be shipped cost effectively. Other items like equipment or wads can be shipped cheaper than driving to Lexington.
I get friends or family members to pick it up at the Warehouse if I don't have a trip to Lex scheduled myself. I write it down exactly and they hand it to the clerks, who scratch their heads and wander around until a fellow shopper (i.e. seasoned reloader) sees the confusion and helps them out. That's how it works so far.
You had a little gunshop right there in Stanton a couple years ago that carried supplies, I believe.
I was all set to order some Nosler Partition seconds off the internet for 8 bucks a box, until I saw shipping per box was 14.95. That raised the price right back up to what I would pay retail for a box of non-seconds. Forget that. I'll just wait and pick them up next time I'm in the big city.
