Caribou Burgers

Had some Caribou that my father in law killed and it was some good eating.

It reminded me alot of fresh (farm raised) beef burgers.

I can't wait to try the steak. My wife said it was better than elk.

Caribou is very good, moose is better though. Elk is great also.
