I have a Lux TX9000TS touchscreen digital programmable thermostat for sale for $65. It has been used less than a year so it's practically basically brand new. We installed it in our old house and brought it with us when we moved here, but it is the wrong model for our current heating and AC unit in our new place. So, I have no use for this except to get some money out of it so I can get the one that actually works on our unit. To learn more about the specifications, just do a search for Lux TX9000TS and you can find out all you want to know. The cheapest that I have seen these advertised for online is $80.
