Hey guys,
I am in need of a new waterfowl/ wing shooting shotgun. I want an auto but don't want to pay a ton. I was wandering if any of you guys have tried out a stoeger auto. Or if there is any other shotgun that you recomend with going super expensive like a super black eagel. What do you use?

Go look at the Remington SPR453, its originally made by Baikal. They shoot 2 3/4 to 3 1/2 shells, come with 4 extended choke tubes all approved for steel shot, and its a semi auto. Best thing about this gun is the price, I paid around 340 + taxes for mine and wouldnt take 500 for it today.

MY primary and my back up are both Benelli's super black eagle.
I like my Super X2. I have shot browning golds (like'em). I have shot Benelli's (like'm but a bit punchy).
There are lots of good ones out there. Shoulder as many as possible and find what is most compfortable.
Best of luck.

Love my Stoeger except for one problem - shoots low/left. It's going in to be looked at soon, hope cust. service is as good as the gun shoots. Kicks a bit more than a heavier gun, but a Sim's recoil helped a bunch. Got my son one last year and it is a NASTY turkey gun. Tried several AM turkey chokes, but it shoots the factory turkey w/3" Federal #4 the best. Awesome!! It handles light dove loads great, too. Not a single cycling issue between the two guns. I like the Remington SPR, but it was just a little heavier than I like. When they were Baikal's they were supposed to be unbreakable - don't know if Rem. has changed anything or not. Good luck shopping!
