Got some rabbit out of the freezer this morning for supper tonight. How do you guys like it, other than frying.

Clean, roll in seasoned Flour, braise in 4 Tbls Bacon grease, next braise 3 or 4 Italian Sausage links then add in Onions, Carrots, Red Taters, Turnips, Radish's, Celery stalks, 2 whole Garlic cloves, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, & 1/2 cup water. Cover tightly & simmer for 2 hours. Serve up in a big serving bowl & chow down. :D
