Nascar:Jr. and the Guard?

I know nothing about Nascar, but in my latest Guard mag it told of how Jr. was going to drive the National Guard car next year.Is this true, and if so, is it a good move for the Guard, and Jr.? Just wondering how all of this works for all involved. I think, but don't quote me, that Biffle did a good job of representing, Jr. seems to be a more high profile guy, it should at least help with recruiting?

Junior is taking over driving duties of the Guard car next year. They will be a co-sponsor with MT Dew's Amp energy drink. He has an appreciation for the military as he went to military scholl and currentl has Navy as his Busch car sponsor. He also has friends serving in Iraq and says he sends care packages for the outfit once a week.
