Which of these situations would give you the biggest rush?

Feel free to leave comments about your choice

You forgot one more choice.

When you first spot a big buck headed your way. That is where the rush comes for me then I tend to try to get calm and collected and make a shot that counts where I can see him go down in sight.

That's a great answer. That's what I was thinking. When I first see him is when I get the biggest rush. By the time I make the shot I am pretty calm.

You guys "beat me to it" !

Of all the deer I've killed; when talking hunting.... NOTHING comes close to being with both sons and the wife when they got their first!

I always get a HUGE rush when I see any deer ; especially up close, love to bow hunt, ML , rifle, love to DEER hunt, but watching them "score" was the biggest rush of all!

Seeing deer appear out of no where is the biggest rush. It fades but if another one walks in 10 minutes later, it's another rush all over again.

I would really enjoy taking a good buck with my bow and seeing it fall within sight.

First would be my son taking a nice buck, then after that a bowkill.....no doubt about it!:D

I chose the bow but really shooting any deer at any distance gives me a big rush. I also agree with Duster, the initial siting of a big deer gets me going.

none of the above....

Seeing ANY deer in the first second or two of them appearing. Never fails, my heart jumps into my throat:)

No matter what weapon I use, the thrill of the harvest is always the same, and I hope I never quit having that feeling.

I would rather see my boys take a doe than for me to take a monster buck any day!
Weapon type dosent matter to me. Im not impressed with anyones weapon choice. Just a clean kill.

I would have to say when my daughter shot a 4 point. The excitement on her face was something to cherish.

It was nothing compared to when I told her that we were getting it mounted to hang on the wall right next to the tropheys I have taken.

None of the above. I especially like drilling deer at close range. I like doing it with whatever is at hand. A bow kill at 5 yards and a rifle kill at 2 yards-- those are the experiences that have really blown my skirt up.

none of the above since i havent got one with a bow yet...i like shootin em within 50 yards of me with the ol 270...but my biggest rush is seeing him and calling him in and knowing that you got him and then right after the shot
