A friend of mine took this cell pic at a processor. Some guy in Owen Co. was driving down the road, stopped and shot this buck. Unlucky for him a CO was following him and witnessed the event.:) Supposedly his rifle and truck were confiscated. Hats off to the CO, whoever he is.

People like that make it hard for ethical hunters, like myself, to find places to hunt. I'm happy the CO was actually out in the woods to catch this moron!! I hope they take his hunting privledges too.:mad:

It is a shame the deer was not taken by a legal ethical hunter but I am glad the butthole was caught!

I'm glad this poacher was caught. Now instead of telling lies and bragging to everybody about his deer he has to explain to his friends what an idiot he is and no one will ever trust him again.

That guy needs the whole book thrown at him...what a beautiful deer...probably was meant for a youngster to take him this year but nope not now...ridiculous

Good job on the CO's part. It's a nice ending to a bad story. I say they let him loose and let people shoot at him from the road.

Some people will do anything for a big buck.I wonder if the guys who were hunting in that area were trying to hunt this deer.THEY HAVE BEEN CHEATED .:mad:

Cheated for sure! Poachers SUCK!!!! Maybe if we can catch enough of these guys, we can hire some more wardens!
