With school and work I dont get alot of time to hunt so i have to make the most out of every opportunity that I get. The wind tomorrow is suppose to be 10 to 20 mph. Just curious as to how yall would hunt tomorrow. Should I hunt a place ive been seeing alot of deer movement in the open woods or should I stick closer to the thickets?

For my money, I'd be hunting the thicker stuff if you're targeting a buck.

Sit in your truck, less windy that way...just kidding.
Near a thicket where the wind is in your favor.

I am hunting a very thick cedar thicket in between a large ridge of dropping acorn oaks and a bean field. I am seeing loads of activity in this thicket. No bucks to speak of, but plenty of sign. With all the does filing through, I am sure a buck will be along sooner or later. I just hope it happens before Sunday evening.
