What would you do ?

I know a guy that has killed 4 Bucks and 6 Turkeys
and used someone else Tags could he be turned in
to a CO ? all in Knox co .He used to be bad to kill deer
with a SPOTLIGHT a few years ago what would you DO ?

Absolutely! Turn him in to your local Co. At the very least perhaps the CO will keep an eye on him;)

Why would you ever go into an internet forum and ask a question like that?

Turn the SOB in and keep quiet about it!!

You ask a question like that in public and if somebody should do the right thing and turn him in, you are automatically suspect whether you did it or not. You must think what the guy is doing is wrong or you wouldn't have asked.

Some times it is just smarter to use your own judgement and keep it to yourself.
