Soak in "Game Tame", throw on grill. Game Tame isn't necessary though.

Also made cider baked apples to go with it... halved apples baked in butter, apple cider, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

You getting that Breckenridge Autumn Ale in Paducah? I haven't seen it around Hoptown.

Yeah, Roof Brothers. They have lots of Colorado brews. I'm heading towards Madisonville for Thanksgiving, if you wanted to meet me in town I can bring you some as long as I get reimbursed, assuming they still have some. :) I got half of their last case, not sure if they got any more or not.

I travel to Paducah regularly, but thanks for the offer.

BTW, those marbleized deer steaks look delicious! Like something you'd see on The Food Network.

Wow. I mean, wow.

I like to soak mine in salt water for a couple of hours, add kosher salt, pepper, garlic and Dale's seasoning (splashes) and let it marinate at room temperature for an hour or so. Talk about good. I can't wait to grill those up soon! Picking up my deer from Chandler's in Winchester tomorrow afternoon.
