Welcome indeed Roger. The Cyberhunters are a group of folks who love what we have here in Ky. We are "brothers" and "sisters" via the web. We discuss what is good and bad and how to make it better.
Our introductory page is this:
Welcome to the Cyberhunters of Kentucky. The only club that connects sportsmen and women from one end of the state to the other online.
Join us as we share valuable information and tips about the sports that we all enjoy as well as discuss rules and regulations that affect us all.
Welcome to the the outdoor club that was founded for and represents ALL who hunt, fish and enjoy our wildlife resources.
The dues will be 10.00$ per year. We are waiting for our Sec. to get off of vacation so he can get the ball rolling. For now though we are going on the honor system. Go to the General Hunting thread and click on interested in joining and give your E-mail name and handle. Our very capable Sgt. at Arms will contact you and you will be able to log on to the private site from there. The private site is where we vote on issues . 99.9% of our discussions are held in the public forum.
Glad to see all of the newcomers coming out of the woodwork!

Question ??? What is the $10 going for ? Does the Cyber Hunters have to pay Lee for site space ? If not than what does the organization plan to do with the money collected ? Lobby the fish & wildlife fokes ? Just curious to what the answer is..Thanks...<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

Duster,
The dues will be used to pay LKS membership and cost of postage etc.

There is going to be very few "operating" expenses, maybe a few disks, CDs, an occasional letter to the members, etc. The main 2 expenses that are planned are the LKS dues, and stamps and envelopes for letters to people at F&W on the topics that we've decided upon. If there is any money left, we may give some to organizations such as Hunters for the Hungry, WLFA, etc. We may also try to send some underprivileged kids to the F&W Conservation Education camps during the summer.
Prior to any money being spent (with the exception of LKS dues, paper, envelopes, stamps, disks, CDs, etc.) we will get members opinions as to how they think the money should be spent. After all, this is where the money has come from. We in no way are trying to get rich or rip anyone off (thus the $10/year). There's just a few operating expenses that we need to make sure that we've got money for. Anything else that is extra will go to something GOOD!

Well said Big 58. To start off with our dues to the LOKS will be a hundred dolars a year. Fear not folks. The finances of this organization will be on top of the table. There will be no ENRONS here!
