he was shadowing a doe but she didnt seem interested. 5.5 would be my guess.

Thats a great buck. Gets the old ticker in high gear. I killed a deer about that size a few years ago and he was only 3.5 years old. I bet your deer is about the same age.

Good job lawman,cumberland has some good deer thats for sure,it just doesnt get the media hype like others such as Henry,Lewis etc......but thats a good thing for you locals I guess :D

massive horns our contest here is based on weight only and i am tied for first with 164 lbs,wont last long. Casey killed a 15 in 9pt try to post pics when i can.

massive i killed him across the hollow where we built that stand 12 years ago on our farm. i gave up on the cabin 6 years ago. and have went 4 for 6 since i quit.

has it been that long ago since we built that stand? geez...All our deer are still low and have not moved up yet to the hills. Horrible opening weekend. I'm going with a bow this evening..

Awesome deer, congrats! As awesome as he is, I don't see him being much older than 3 1/2 or so. Definitely not 5 1/2. Awesome deer though!

I say 5.5 because i have a trail cam pic in 2005 of him as a 130in 10 pt( 2.5 or 3.5 then) and also he had extensive tooth wear for a 3.5 year old. if i can find the pic i will post it.
