Need Processing Help

Own a property in Carroll County and live in Louisville. Does any one know of any processors between Carroll County and East End of Louisville? I would like someone that can process into deer sausages. Thanks for your help.

Take it to the Crestwood Grocery store. They process deer. I have used them for years. I like that licensed butchers process the deer. They are very careful with the meat. Everything is wrapped up and labeled. Get off on Hwy 329 (exit 15 I think). Take the road to the right. . .old 329. Follow to the stop light. Crestwood Grocery is on the left. Go around to the back for the deer check in.

no problem. . .Paul Crask is the main butcher there. . tell him Mark Roberts sent you. You'll like his work. He will cut it up any way you want. . .add fat to the burger if you like.

I just have always felt better about a trained licensed butcher doing my processing in a clean environment.
