Shotgun Question!!!

I bought a Mossburg 12 gauge pump from Wal-Mart (big mistake) and i took it out one time and it fired great but got it out a few months ago and it wont fire it acts like the safe is on but its not.....the trigger wont even pull....anyone have any advice on what might be wrong with it?

Try taking the trigger parts out (per your instruction booklet) and clean. This might be your problem, a dirty trigger.

Does the action release lever work, and it pumps smoothly and everything? Safety button clicks on and off properly?

yes everything works normal except the trigger!!!

What kinda mossberg is it? I've owned a maverick for over 8 yrs now and never had any problems.
