What do you do to I guess "pickle" your peppers after you harvest them? I have some jalepeno's and Habanero's that I grew and I'm looking to put them up. How do I get from a whole fresh pepper to a jar of peppers like you would buy at the store? What is the solution that you put them in?

Half vinegar (5%) half water salt to taste. cook your peppers in it till they just wilt,(5 min.+ or - ) putem in jars pour hot brine over them screw the lid on .:)
