2parts pancake batter mix to 1 part warm 7up or beer. just like Long John silvers

lemme give u a hint on this. make ABSOLUTELY sure your fish is as DRY as u can get it before dipping it in your batter. u will thank me on this. i believe this step to be MORE important than what actual TYPE of batter u use - but use weisenberger, i went to high school with some of them:)
