I presently shoot Magnus 125 gr. 2 blade heads from my Bob Lee recurve. It dos'nt shoot the kind of speeds your looking for but does shoot about 225 fps. and they fly great and do an awsome job on game. I sharpen them with a basterd file and find that that jagged edge leaves a cut that is more pron to stay open and blead more.
Years agoe I shot a Hoyt Pro-Vantage that would shoot my IBO legal arrows about 295-298 fps. I would use almost the same set up to hnt with. I never chonagraphed my hntn set up but even though I shot a 145gr delta Snuffer I think I still would have been over the 265 fps mark. The snuffer heads shot verey' verey good and would leave a hole in a deer hide the size of a .50 cent pc. The thing I did not like about that head was that they seemed to bend, it seemed like one kill and they were done especialy if you had a pass through on a deer.
I'll bet with some time and effort and some fancy bow tuning you'd find that type of a broadhead that would work great for your situation.
