What if everyone, EVERYONE, stoped buying insurance, all insurance, car, homeowners, medical, every single type of insurance,in the USA today; what would happen, things get better or get worse? think about it.

For a lot of people it would get worst fast, they might NEVER be able to get another policy.
For the insurance companies it would be money from heaven, they would NEVER have to pay out any policy since the people stoped paying the policy.

Another thing is all auto repair shops would go out of business, so would all the hospitals and very few new homes would get build since once lost by anything very few people would be able to buy another home until they paid off the other one. If someone OWNS the bank so much money on a home it doesn't mater if the home burns to the ground, HE STILL OWNS THE BANK THE MONEY. The insurance would have covered all that.
Millions up on millions of people would be out of a job.

Read my post again, I'll still say the same thing.
Try this, the insurance companies would laugh all the way to the bank and retire to another country.
You got a beef with insurance? Take a look at what happened last night in the South East, look at all those people who lost their homes. Pray to God they had insurance to cover that.

I absolutely DESPISE pricks that drive around without insurance. If you don't want to pay for health or homeowner insurance, then it's on you. Not having car insurance is just an a--hole move.

I do too !you have to have it nowadays!I am just saying I think prices are over inflated today do to everyones insationable desire to protect every aspect of their lives from someones quest to sue you for your insurance policy! If NO ONE had any INSURANCE or INSURANCE had never evolved,in to the animal it is today would things be better!I have payed insurance for 26 years thousands upon thousands of dollars , enough money if I had it all right now I could retire to that other country, that Wildcat talked about.I would not leave the paradice im in right now though!

insurance is high because not all people carry insurance.....the ones of us that do have it pay for those that do not. same as interest rates, morgage loans etc.....the ones that pay pick up the slack for the ones that default on loans.
