Anyone have any good recipes for burgers....Wanting to try some new recipes for cooking burgers. Deer or beef.

I ground my Venison with bacon...it gives a smokey flavor and WOW what a taste....

I mix my burger with some finely diced onions and peppers, then add some worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and lemon pepper. Mix well and make patties. They are pretty dang good.

I put country ham and italian blue cheese in the patties.It's pretty good

An easier question would be to ask what you can't put in a Burger. :D

French onion soup mix
Dry ranch dressing mix
or just mix in some Worchestershire sauce then pat out and dust with seasoning salt and garlic powder.
I've never met a burger I didn't like. :D

It's different,,,kind of sweet. I melt Pepper Jack Cheese on it as it finishes. Contrasting flavors. Give it a try. I use 4T in one lb of meat. ;)

I use fajita seasoning on mine. Heck, I use fajita seasoning on everything short of ice cream. :D
