New truck

Well boys im gonna be leavin around 2 to go and pick my new truck up in owensboro. Its a 2000 dodge dakota. 6cylinder 5spd. has 102xxx on it. Im payin 5000 for it. I would like a little info on the truck if possible. Is this a reasonable buy?

My father has one that same year, same motor. His is 2wd and has been a great truck. It has no problem hauling our 18ft fiberglass stratos, and i have made 2 trips to Florida in it. I don't think you are getting hurt at all.
