Okay, so out of bordum, I tried something a little new last night. I was sauteeing some tenderloin in some butter and garlic last night and decided to try adding a little curry powder to the mix. Good idea. It was fantastic. Does anyone else use curry with their meat??? I'de love to hear what yall have to say.

There are several hundred Curry powders in the world. Some are incredibly hot while others are sweet and mild. All are great flavors. I use a warm Curry when smoking green Hams. I used to sprinkle a sweet Curry on Pears then grill them too. Mmmm

I'm sure your dish was great. There are cookbooks out there that are full of nothing but just Curry recipes. ;)
