In water or just in the bag?
Easy enough to tell if they're freezer burnt but if they were frozen in water, they're probably fine.

Never tried it C.L.
I've thought about throwing some marinade in there before freezing. I've heard of folks trying that and they say it works great.

It does work great ! Drop in 2-3 tablespoons of Balsamic with the water/spice mixture. (for a 1gal baggie)
I use the spicy Mrs. Dash for a mixture. It covers all the bases. ;)
I thaw mine for 3-4 days in the frig, shaking a few times before grilling. :D
