On the grill!!!

what ways do you guys grill your back strap??? i like to wrap mine in bacon and a splash of season-all. i am looking for some new ideas!!!

I marinate for a few hours (or overnight) in Italian dressing, then rub some Montreal steak seasoning and Tony Chacherres Cajun seasoning on it, onto a HOT grill get it seared and nice grill marks, turn them only once....get that side seared/marked then move it over to the not so hot part of the grill to finish.

Medium to medium rare is the best IMO.

Never had the first complaint :D
