Sounds good.
I also cooked too much myself the weekend before last. We have a TnDeer LBL Opening Camp/Hunt and for the past 4 years I've been BBQing for the gang that shows up. This year there were 57 people at my camp site on Friday night. I smoked the different meats for 3 days to get it all finished on time.
Just 6 days later I was helping frineds at the Paducah BBQ on the River, we smoked all day and night for 3 days.

Is it using Ramen Noodles ? Hence the "snake" name ? Chinese Coleslaw ?

Snake salad
I took the snake and fixed it like chicken salad. Don't mind fixing just not going to hunt them.
The best thing I fixed was turkey pounded super thin smear a little butter . sprinkle with lemon pepper and roll up about the size small cigar. Dip in light batter and deep fry.

Honestly I didn't have any time to take pictures at the BBQ on the river. I did take a few at LBL with the TnDeer gang. My friend and I got two camp sites that look like they are one with all the gravel between them that way we have enough room for anyone that shows up. It was full of people most of Friday night. People were coming and going at all hours and ever stayed up and hunted the next morning.
If you want I can posts some of those pictures later.

I see. Was it Rattlesnake ? I have never had it cold in a salad ? Only fried/smoked/grilled, served with a sauce.
The Turkey sounds good. I'm wondering if the same thing could be done with Venison ? Pound out, butter, onion garlic pepper, dip, fry. Hmmm ? Thanks for the idea. ;)

I can see why Doves would not work. The muscle tissue is much shorter/tougher and would need to be cooked much slower/cooler. I bet that a Goose breast would work good ?
We butterflied our snake. No bones to mess with.
