looking for some new deer recipes

Allright guys.....I've helped out in the past with a lot of recipe questions, but now, I'm in the rut. I am in dier need of some new deer recipes. The deer I shot last weekend was a 2 year old doe, so she will eat great I know, but I want some new ways to cook. I shaved some of the meat up, kinda like meat for a Philly steak, so I will see how that turns out. But I need some new fresh ideas, so help me out!!!!!

cut up your deer into small pieces and soak out the blood over night (changing the water several times)then soak over night in franks hot sauce.roll in your favorite flour or batter ,deep fry untill done .dip in blue cheese dressing mmm mmmm:)
