got a good one for ya!
Campfire Chicken
1/2 chicken per person
1 small Onion per person
1 1/2 ears of corn per person
2 potatoes per person
1/2 stick butter per person
quarter cup of beer
Salt / peeper to taste
Heavy Duty Reynolds Aluminum foil or Foil grilling bags
Place 1/2 chicken with butter inside of chicken into foil bag. Quarter onion, potato's and have ears of corn. Place all ingredients into foil bag or double wrap in aluminum foil with the chicken halves and roll seal bag. Place individual bags into hot coals and cook for 45 min to 1 hour. (Its' best to prepair the individual bags prior to your back yard camp out or the night before your trip and keep them on ice in a cooler)

i dont know what to call it,but you take the cheap walmart cinnamon rolls and slice them in half. Put it back together with the icing in the middle and toast it over fire in a sandwich griddle with butter. they are hard to beat in the morning. you have to try it
