There is a place outside of Dunmor on Iron Mountian road that I used twice last year. Very satisfied with thier work. It's a Amish family. You would cross into Logan county on hwy 431 on the south side of Dunmor and take the road left towards Coon Range Conservation club, follow it till you cross Wolf Lick creek then take the first right, you can see the shop after you make that turn on your right. I had two skinned and turned into steaks and burger packaged to order for $60 each. There was a sign at the south side of Dunmor on Hwy 431 you will be making a left turn there. Ask at Waynes place in Dunmor if you need better directions. I forget the old guys name and I think the name of the shop is Iron Mountian custom butchers. Both deer were ready to pick up in three days froze like a brick.
Make sure you have your telecheck number with you as you will be ask for it.

McLean County Locker at Calhoun. Cost $65 for processing. You can take a deer deboned and they only charge for what you have made. I had 2 hams, 2 shoulders, and 2 back straps made in summer sausage. Summer sausage is $9 for mild $10 for hot for a 3lb roll. There summer sausage is pretty good. It's a little strong on the smoke flavoring but the taste is still good.

I think Barnes has some of the best tasting products around......but.....A couple of years ago I took a de-boned doe there to have summer sausage made. I took a lot of time cutting all the tendons out and making sure there wasnt any hair on it. Well I get it back and almost every roll had lead bird shot in it. I know it wasnt in the meat I had. I dont like them mixing all the meat together. Who knows if i even got any of the the meat from my deer at all.
I thought it was very dirty also. I'm done with these kind of places. They handle too many deer to take care of it the right way. I could have brought in a deer I found on the road and would have been just a well off and thats the way many of them looked. I'm doing my own from now on....

I use Barnes because it is close. It is good, but a little pricey. They probably have more business than they can handle at times. Summer sausage is good. I got some bacon last year that I will NEVER get again. Also they wanted an arm and a leg to add fat to deer burger. ouch.
I am sorry I am not bad mouthing. I am just telling all the bad I know. There is plenty good there to at Barnes.
I actually gave a good bit of deer away to a private hunter who didn't get one last year. For a thanks he made me the BEST summer sausage I have ever put in my mouth. He says for deer burgers always add 1/3 pork sausage to 2/3 ground fat free deer. It is GOOD! :)

JMHO, but if you've been using Yoder's, I doubt you will ever be happy with anyone else. They are the best I've seen. Have em do ya some jalepeno and chedder summer sausage. Cuz its goooood!! Barnes is o.k. but not as good as Yoders.

I've used both Barnes and Livingston's, and I'd stick with Livingston's. I've been very pleased with their work, and they go out of their way to make sure the deer you bring in is the meat you take home.
