same stand, 8 days later, 2nd doe this year!

This morning I went to the same stand I hunted last saturday where i killed my first doe of 07 season, well another one bites the dust!!! gator XP is great. Thanks to a good friend, i got it all on camera too. Pix of the entry hole below.

yeah, I would kill a doe in the right stand situation. the stand that I killed my doe with a bow and my son killed an 8 point with a gun, I will not shoot a doe there again. way too hard to drag out. Again, great hunting you have done.

Sheez, he was peddling that first deer off on us like a door to door salesman last week. I think I had a standing invitation to a cookout most every day last week.:DVery good, especially the last bunch of steaks.Marinated and slow-grilled, tasted very similar to sirloin.We try to work real hard,but mostly excel at eatin' & goofin' off.:D:D:D
