Went hunting this morning and at day break
7:00am timer did not spin kick on so i get down
and check timer out "Test Spin" and it did not work
until i tap it a little and it would spin could it be that
the Battery is to weak to kick it on.by the way
its a new timer or would it need a little oil from all the
Corn Dust .

put a cheapo in one hand and an energizer in the other. you will notice a great difference in the weight. that's because the cheapos suck. spend a few extra bucks and get the energizer. Would you let 2 dollars get in the way of you harvesting a good deer?:D

Pearson, I have a moultrie pro 30 gallon feeder. I followed the instructions to a tee. Bought the heavy duty Energizer for $8.00 at Walmart. My feeder was doing something similar to what your cheapo is doing, only mine would spin for less than a second then stop. I would test it and the same thing. Then I called Moultrie and they told me to send the whole thing in. Well I ran the battery non stop till it read under 100% battery life and barely hooked the clips on. It has been working fine since.
