Do you think UK will be a ranked team after they beat Louisville . Or do you think they need to beat them convincing to get a chance at being ranked !!:D:eek::D

Given the fact that UK is not currently ranked in the Top 30 (looking at the others receiving votes category) in either poll, I'd say they would need to really thrash UofL to jump into the Top 25.
Just too many teams in between, IMO.
They would be in the to 25 no doubt. Beating a top ranked team (no matter how you feel about it) when you are near the verge of being ranked (they have recieved votes) will catapult them. Plus it is a big weekend for CF where several ranked teams are going to lose.
Like you said Uk beating UL is a big if, but a guy can always hope.

It is a moot point because they have to win before it will be an issue...which is not bloody likely.

Not a moot point, while your opinion is valid . I asked a question and wanted to hear what others thought !!! I hope they kick louisville's butt !!!

It's a joke, fer goodness sakes! Just like the parody of The Night Before Christmas that made Louisville and its fans out to be ghetto criminals.
You UK fans have thin skins and an overinflated sense of your self worth. It's just a damn game. One that UK has lost nine of the last thirteen times.

if it were a moot point, nobody would show up tomorrow, nobody would suit up, nobody would be excited. nothing is certain right now except that it will be a good game

i would say it will take more than a UofL win to get them ranked

I say if the CAts beat U of L , it will propel them into the Top 25..... Remember App. State would have been put into the Top 25 if not for them being a Div. II school. But now the rules have been changed and Div. II schools can be in the Top 25.....
So anything is possible, and boy those U of L fans will be crying a river if they lose.... Better get the City of Louisville to get out the Flood Walls and be ready to set them up...Cause all the crying that could take place will surely over flow the Ohio River.....lol:D:D:D

The cats will be in the top 25 or there is something wrong.
